Headlamp by Instructure (“Headlamp,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this privacy notice to describe how we collect, use, and share the information of individuals who visit our website at (the "Site") and use the Headlamp platform (the “Platform”) (collectively, the “Services).

When using our Services, you may voluntarily provide information about yourself, including your name, contact information, education, job experience, log-in information, and any other information you choose to provide. For example, we collect this information when you sign up for the Platform, submit your resume, participate in surveys, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. We may also collect your mailing and billing information when you purchase paid content on the Platform.
