      We know that if you were looking for fluffed-up resumes filled with buzzwords, exagerations, and meaningless endorsements, there are already a lot of existing solutions out there. That's why we've invested in creating a platform that focusses on verified work product and endorsements of the work, not the people and only use verified endorsements to determine proficiency. You won't see candidates who just say they are good.

    • But can't people still lie and create false portfolio artifacts?

      It's true. People who are willing to go through great lengths to fabricate a personal history, will still be able to do that with Headlamp. The difference is that it's much more complicated and would require creating multiple fake profiles to endorse. Even then, with Headlamp's robust proficiency algorithms, they would still be determined to be of low-quality and you probably still wouldn't see them.

    • Can Headlamp be used for any industry or job type?

      Yes, Headlamp is designed to be versatile and can be used across various industries and job types. Our customizable job specifications allow you to tailor the search criteria to meet the unique requirements of your organization.

    • How does Headlamp help save time in the recruitment process?

      Headlamp streamlines the recruitment process by quickly and accurately matching candidates with job requirements based on validated skills and evidence. This helps you avoid spending time sifting through resumes and interviewing underqualified candidates and allowing you to quickly go deep on the most important skills for the position.

    • Do you sell my data?

      Never! Your data is your data. Aside from performing the matching analysis, the only way we use your data is to provide learners and candidates direction about which skills are being sought after by employers. Even then, your data would be anonymized and aggregated first.

    • How does Headlamp improve diversity in the hiring process?

      By using a data-driven and unbiased approach to candidate matching, Headlamp helps reduce the impact of unconscious biases in the recruitment process, leading to a more diverse pool of qualified candidates.

    • Can I integrate Headlamp with my existing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR software?

      Yes, Headlamp is designed to integrate seamlessly with popular ATS and HR software platforms, allowing you to streamline your hiring process even further. There currently aren't any push-button integrations, but we have a robust graphQL API that facilitates easy integration with a number of systems.

    • How does the placement fee work?

      We're confident that Headlamp will consistently match you with candidates who genuinely possess the skills you're seeking. That's why our placement fee is only charged when you hire a candidate and they remain employed for at least 60 days. If the candidate is terminated within 60 days due to a skill gap in the areas you searched for, we won't charge you a thing.

    • What are Custom Evaluation Projects?

      Premium and Enterprise customers can create custom evaluation projects to assess candidates on specific skills. Kind of like 'homework assignments' for candidates, you can use Headlamp's state-of-the-art educational tooling to deliver and assess custom projects that you design to evaluate specific skills for your job.

    • What kind of support does Headlamp offer?

      We provide dedicated customer support through multiple channels, including email, phone, and live chat. Our support team is available to assist you with any questions or issues you may encounter while using Headlamp.
